My husband and I went to the Eco Park RTO today and can I just praise them!! We had an appointment online - we were there at 08h10 and stepped out the door at 08h40. WOW!! Impeccable service, super friendly and such a breeze. Please keep this up. You ladies and gents are a rare breed. Highly recommend ANYONE in Centurion/PTA area to renew their drivers' license here. I used to adore getting my license renewed here, now it has honestly just gone backwards. My partner applied for his license renewal about 2 months ago. We tried phoning, yet the minute you press 2 to issue a license query then the call ends. That's very suspicious and very much like the department of home affairs. This used to be a reputable, open place to renew your license. Now it's fallen to ruin and the staff have lost their drive. No one smiles or greets you, it's very sour and unpleasant.
Today I received the most excellent service at RTMC DLTC Eco-Park Centurion Road Traffic Management Corporation! In spite of the fact that it was a public holiday, I was done in 10 minutes! The employees, from the security guard at the outside gate right through to the staff at reception, testing and paperwork to the lady that deals with the payments, everybody was so friendly and helpful. The place was an absolute pleasure to be in because it was clean, neat and very orderly! I will recommend this office to anybody that needs to renew their license, get a temporary one, or just to replace a lost or stolen one. WOW! This was next level of excellence!!

I had the most pleasant experience with the best service possible. It took a whole 12 minutes from the time to complete the forms until I left the building..very satisfied!! These people are an example for any government department.
The standard and work ethic was impressive to me. I couldn't book online and went yesterday as a walk-in @ 15:45 by 16:03. I was done. Did know about the place until yesterday 15:30 when I was lost. To all the staff thank you, keep it up!!
I would definitely recommend renewing your license at RTMC DLTC Eco-Park. Make an online booking, it does not even take 2 minutes. I arrived at 11:00 this morning and left at 11:35. Incredibly fast and effective service with the friendliest, professional and happy staff. The building and office spaces are squeaky clean and tidy PLUS no long ques! Thank you for assisting me this morning - please keep up the good work, we need more of this type of service in our country.
Renewing my licence had never been this easy before. From the security staff who direct you on arrival, to the reception staff and officials - every single staff member is friendly, patient and extremely helpful. It only took 30 minutes from arrival to renew my licence card and receive a temporary licence. RTMC DLTC Eco-Park is a prime example of excellent and efficient service.
Arrived at this office after 2pm on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment to renew my drivers license. Was helped immediately by friendly and professional staff. And 20 minutes later, we were done!! I am super impressed. WOW
