My family has been using the Randridge medical centre for more than 15 years now and it’s just the best! Dr Singh is definitely passionate about what he does and it’s not just a job but a calling for him. Your health is his priority, he has so much patience and goes an extra mile for his patients. I've been going to Healthworx Randridge for many years. All the doctor's I've been to are professional, caring and competent. Dr Cochrane is such a caring doctor and really goes the extra mile. I like the convenience of having a clinic/Lancet lab right there if you need testing done. They claim from medical aid which is a great help. I've had trouble in the past with getting through to them on the phone, but have had no recent issues. I've found that booking online is so simple and easy that I don't really need to phone them.
Been visiting the center for almost 15 years. Dr. Natsis provides excellent service, I have also on occasion consulted with other GP's. Overall the experience has been great at the center. The nurses are helpful and the front desk has improved over time and there is still room for improvement.
The doctors I saw here were good, although neither of them works here anymore. The accounts department is terrible. They send out an SMS stating my account is in arrears. I send an email to the email address mentioned in the SMS requesting an invoice. Nothing. Until the next month when they send an SMS again and I send the email again. If it is a valid outstanding amount, I want to pay it. Please send me a statement so that I can do so or stop harassing me.
I hope this finds Dr. Eksteen, since I would like to express my sincerity for his professionalism, care and quick action regarding my wealth. Through his quick action and diagnose, Dr Eksteen identified my heart failure and contacted the correct health professionals to provide me with the best care. My journey towards recovery is only starting as it will involve heart surgery but it could have been completely different if Dr. Esteem was not such a brilliant doctor. Thank you Dr. Eksteen that the world still has individuals like yourself and for the care you show towards your patients. THANK YOU…..
I want to commend this place. Everyone who works there is so professional and friendly. It's like clockwork, which is so comforting when you're feeling ill and vulnerable. Dr Cochrane deserves a special mention. She has a warm personality and is very thorough. I highly recommend her. She is our doctor henceforth.
My first time at this Healthworx and I had a pleasant experience. Everyone was polite and professional. The main reason I give it 4 stars is because of my experience at the nurses station - they where very friendly and helpful. I even called before hand to check if they had stock and they where just as helpful and polite over the phone.
Often short of doctors which makes it difficult to get an appointment. Other than that they have always had fantastic service and very thorough medical advice.
This is the worst practice ever. Firstly, my primary physician is on leave and I urgently need a repeat prescription for chronic medication. I sent an email request for a repeat script and I informed the practice that I am travelling at the moment so I cannot come in person. I have been denied my repeat prescription unless I come in to the practice in person... I literally had a check up last month and now I am being forced to come in again for another check up before I can get a repeat prescription and in the interim I have no chronic medication... my health is now at risk because I am being denied a prescription.
Been coming here for years my doctor is excellent, but no one ever answers a phone ,seems like they run the phone the whole day with no one answering had to call Healthworx Cresta they answer their phones to send an email to them and keeps happening ,very bad ,what does one do in am emergency?management have a serious problem .no phones ever answered . Please attend to this
