Very POOR customer service here. They delivered my couches 2 weeks ago and they still did not come to fit the legs. I went to the shop a week ago, but they never called me back to follow-up or to acknowledge my dissatisfaction . I just wish that they can take their couches back so that I can be able to buy where Customer Service is prioritized. the level of Customer Service is tarnishing the Rochester Brand. I would be happy if I can be allowed to return the couches and get my money back.
Bought a few items that had to be assembled by the delivery guy upon delivery but were left just like that , called the store to ask when are they gonna come back to complete the service but weeks went by with nothing . Had to waste my time and go back to the shop demanding that they complete their job and that’s only when they took me serious. Very poor customer service .
Unfortunately there's no half star, I regret the day I step my feet in that shop. My hubby & I went & spent almost 80.000 delivered them, the couches we bought was 43 000.Second day they delivered but they looked old & weary. Sagging in a month.Very Poor service
Bought a bed in February, after 3 month the bed is sagging and I hear springs sound when I'm sleeping. I complained, a sales assistant help me..but the problem is with the warehouse, they are suppose to come take it but they did not. I'm calling them everyday day no one is answering the phone I am very disappointed.
Unfortunately there isn't half a star here. 1. Extremely poor customer service. 2. Thoroughly inspect their furniture before buying because most of their furniture needs repairs just a few days after delivery. They will give you the run around when you log in a complaint. This shop is pricey but the quality is awful.
The service at this Rochester deserves even less than 1 star, when I visited the branch the staff didn't take me seriously, they ignored me and weren't helpful at all! They kept me waiting for their call to complete the purchase, I then ordered my furniture online and received much better service from the main branch.
Went into Rochester Mbombela over the weekend. Saw an item I wanted. Walked out without doing the purchase. Of the 2 salespersons on the floor, one seemed inexperienced and could not help. The ‘senior’ displayed a total lack of interest, glared at us for interrupting whatever she was doing, but in the end did point a listless finger in a general direction. Do they even want to make a sale? UPDATE : Went in again over the weekend and received much better service. We were greeted promptly by a friendly salesperson who was able to tend to our needs.
