Absolut rip off with hidden costs such as "admin" costs to get the furniture from their own "factory" ??? Admin to close a sale on a couch R450.00 just to order a couch? The order must be paid in full before it's ordered? Arrogant and non flexible. Nowhere are these fees displayed in the Nelspruit store! We were going to spend 50K in their store. Their opposition just scored!
Beautiful furniture but the staff is poorly trained. I walked through the entire store and not a sole came to ask if I needed any assistance. Staff get a 1 *
Only for a select customer base, lower and middle income people simply cant afford the merchandise
Nice pieces but I was surprised to see that most come from Indonesia or India.
