Rochesters At Reds Mall

Not the best service right through the end. Never with my hard earned money will spend it in this store.

Not the best service, but also not the worst service, however, the quality of their products and quality control is EXTREMELY poor. We are now waiting for our third delivery of the same furniture, as both previous delivers had either damage components or very poor construction literally half build, and each time it is described as a 'factory fault'. How many factory faults could there be?

We struggled for over a month after the couches we ordered were ready and set for delivery to get Rochester to actually deliver the items. When the delivery came, the ottoman we ordered was not delivered. We struggled another month to get the ottoman delivered. The store manager, Richard, had a poor attitude and we had to go to the store three times to get something done about the matter. Richard never returned any of my calls and hung up on me and my husband a few times. I will never in my life buy from Rochester again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone else.

Bad experience in my life. Bought a couch in August 2019 and returned it for repairs in January 2020. I returned the couch 2 times as it was not fixed. I went in May to apply for a refund but i have been getting stories. It is now June 2020 and i still do not have a couch or my refund. The manager Kenneth Moitoi knows nothing about customer service.

Do not ever deal with Rochester they actually lie to you about the warranty etc. And the manager named Keith at the mall at reds is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time and money trust me I just made the biggest mistake purchasing from them

Good Service from mall @ Reds branch, delivery was confirmed a day before the actual delivery. The delivery guys were efficient and very friendly. keep up it up!!
