True Wood Executive Furnitures

Visited the store this morning to make a purchase, but the salesman was just sitting on one of the couches chatting away with his buddy on the phone. After the call, I thought he was going to come greet us, but then he started playing around on his phone some more. As a returning customer, It was very disappointing to see how their service has deteriorated. Don't waste your time here. There are other furniture stores in the area with better service, lower prices, and greater variety.

I bought an expensive piece of furniture. Their after sale service is shocking. There are others. More competitive. The assembly was done stripping the screws, the internal quality was very poor. I was shocked at the assembly and product quality. Think twice before buying from this business

A while back I bought a table from here, I asked for a certain octagonal table on the floor, only smaller by 200mm in either direction. I was told that it would then be a 6 seater. Now I believe the word seater means "number of seats which can fit around the table" where truewood seems to believe it means "number of sides".as of time of writing, however, the 6 seater shares the same 8 sided picture on their website as the 8 seater So on the day it was delivered instead of the 1.6m by 1.6m octagonal table which I believe I ordered, I got a 1.6m by 1.85m hexagonal table. After numerous phone calls where I was told something might be done to sort this out, I was told the final word was that it was a special order and that they would not do anything about it. So in short I will not be buying another piece of furniture from them just based on how this was handled and I hope others are careful if they choose to do so. WRT The table, I didn't have time at the time to take the matter further. So I decided instead to cut off the corners and after a bit of minor carpentry and staining, I now have a beautiful 1.6m by 1.6m 12 sided 8 seater table.

NOT SO TRUE-WOOD Probably 50% PRESSED WOOD and 50% “true wood” :/ Where it’s not visible - Finishing not neat eg. Screws pushing true, assembled skew. If I knew it then we would have spent our thousands on something decent. Looks nice from the outside, but wait until you look “inside”

Friendly and efficient service. Knowledgeable and kind salesman. Showroom floor is well arranged and neat. The store is clean and well-lit.

I am still enjoying my Tru Wood bedroom set 2 years after purchasing it. It is exceptionally good quality, looks great and the storage on the base of the deb is EVERYTHING! lol
