Wait and wait. Cashiers talk and ignore you. After about 5+ minutes one decided maybe I must help. I told her that the item doesnt have a prize. Then the suppose to be the superviser came to assist. I wait and wait and she dont came back. After a while I just decided that I am not going to wait any longer. The cashier continue with her conversation with cashier next to her. She doesnt even see I left. Service is not to standard. But people complain and nothing happened

Love the shop, one of the best in it's group. They can improve on their checkout system to be faster.

Here was about 4-5 cashiers but they were all busy having a nice conversation with one another and didn't help any of the customers. We waited in the que for a while and the left. Very bad service. Hope it gets better

The staff is exceptionally helpful, from greeting you at the door, finding stock in the stores or other branches, speedy checkout and assisting with loading. Well stocked and well priced.

I will never support this branch again. Absolutely shocking service from the cashiers, who are rude and will insult you in another language thinking you can't understand them

Store is amazing and big, but the cashiers can be a bit more friendly.

Store staff are super slow and they do not care about your needs. We were there for a Wedding Registry, where the lady at the till basically were mad at us for not taking a photo of the reference number, but her manager didn't tell us to do it. Then when downloading the data to the registry, we discovered that all someone else's stuff was combined with ours and it was just a mess. Worst experience at any Mr Price ever

Disinterested and rude staff! I wonder if they have even received any training.

Such a big store with fantastic variety, but the staff are quite unfriendly and carry on as if they are doing you a favour for doing their jobs. I noticed that the cashier's all had the same nasty vibe as the manager on duty. Won't be going there again, I am used to much better. South Africans are known for their friendly casual manner. This is not on.
