Coricraft - Centurion

Customer service falling short. I was told the item I ordered is in stock and I will receive a call within a week. After almost 3 weeks I followed up with the store and was told the delivery date is another month away. When I asked why I was not informed about the change, I was just told the comments on the system states "customer is fully aware" so therefore according to them, I knew about it. The sales consultant continued to argue this point, unapologetically. I can understand a mistake and chance in timelines, but not communicating this no email, no phone call and then the audacity to argue " the comment on the system says you know, so don't tell us you don't know" really upset me. Please train your staff in customer service, it's desperately needed.

Poor customer service and rude when you call in with a complaint. I'm struggling to get my refund after a month and 2 weeks for things that I returned and I am being given a run around

Stay away from Tina, she is absolutely clueless. She took down all the wrong specifications for the couch we requested and now has no clue how to assist us and deal with us going forward. We are forced to follow up on our own and get treated with utmost disrespect when we talk to her.

My order was delivered 5months later than what was originally promised in Sept 2020. Now the stitching on my couch is pulling loose. I requested them to repair it under the 2 year warranty for stitching, and they responded that the the couch is outside of its warranty. I then had to do math's for them Sept 2020+2years is Sept 2022! I rate their service a 0 and their after sales services a 0. 0+0=0

Poor customer service from Centurion mall branch. A week later, for a fully paid item it is still not received. No communication and trust me call centre not of assistance either. Do not use this company

Pathetic service, bought 5 items from them in the last year. When they say delivery will take 5 to 6 weeks, be sure that if you're lucky you will receive your delivery 12 weeks later.

Shocking service, no feedback, broken promises with when the order will be ready - the date changed 4 times and still we don't have our couch cover - will be 3.5 months. Ordered 23 March, final confirmation was for delivery 22 June, now maybe around 6 July. You are a joke Coricraft.

Poor customer service all round. Payment methods are convoluted. Staff don't answer the phone. Waited for a scheduled delivery but it didn't arrive within the specified time. Although the furniture is decent, prepare for months of stress and confusion if you're giving Coricraft your business.

3 stars just for the beautiful display decor but the service is awful? staff is not friendly and not helpful. pick up your socks guys...you'll lose customers.
