Apart from not being able to, the one reason I can't give 6 stars is that the exact set we wanted was not in stock and we did not want to wait four to six weeks. When we talked to Willem the first time, we told him that we bought furniture from another store, which ended up in us waiting 3 months with excuses and no couches. We then canceled the order for which we are still waiting to get our money back. With Willem, he was straight up with us. No nonsens, no lies and no sugar-coating. He told us what couch sets were available and everything went smoothly. Delivery went just as smooth. Overall excellent service guys. Thank you Furniture Warehouse
I was told three to four weeks, and was ok with waiting. To my surprise I was contacted four DAYS later to say my couch is finished! Wow, what a service experience!! Thank you to everyone involved! I will surely remember you in future!

Lea was the sales person who assisted me at Furniture Warehouse with the purchase of all my furniture excluding the bed, books on bookcase and coffee tables. Lea was very helpful in making sure that my difficult order was exact! I am very happy with the way all the furniture turned out, especially the wingbacks, except for one problem: as I was packing my books on the bookcase the second shelf collapsed TWICE. Took a photo of the second collapse. The manager of Furniture Warehouse has contacted me and stated that he will rectify the problem which I think is extremely good after service customer care. I highly recommend using this company for anyone looking for custom made furniture at a REASONABLE price! Today 28 October 2020 Furniture Warehouse sent out a technician to replace the both the shelving of the bookcase. I can honestly say the this bookcase is now SOLID, there is no way that this bookcase CANNOT hold the most heaviest of books. AND MAY I ADD prompt customer AFTER CARE! Again I repeat I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and therefore upgraded my review to FIVE STARS! Thank you Wimpie and Lea for an OUTSTANDING JOB all round! PLEASE SEE THE BOOKCASE PHOTO WITH ALL THE BOOKS!
I have just received my furniture order. I am over the moon. The quality of the items are fantastic. It looks beautiful. Our consultant LEA was great, she helped us choose what worked in our space and with our needs, she kept us informed and was friendly even when I called to hear how its going. Centurion Compliment: I must say with some shocking service levels I have experienced from major players in the market, I didn't have high hopes when I walked into the store for the first time. To my surprise I was assisted by Lea and Wimpie also assisted with some tough questions. Is this company really to going to fulfill my expectations; no they supersede it. I can really vouch for them and have told my brothers, in-laws and some at the office. Overall: GREAT VALUE for money and SERVICE levels to bring SA from it's knees. We went to look for furniture at this branch and saw what we were looking for. Went to a hardware shop after that, rethinking our buying. Then, convincing that the boy is a yes, we phoned and asked whether we could come in for it was on closing time. Wimpie, our consultant, received us professional yet friendly, made effort to get us the pieces we wanted and gave us a lovely discount! Thank you Centurion branch. We value you.
