It's a beautiful place but the service was so bad and it was at about 10:30am the lady who was serving us was just not there. She gave us burnt toast I asked for slices of lemon she gave me bread then she would just disappear on us.Food: 4/5
Service was slow but our food and waitress was nice. However when we needed serviettes and flagged down another waitress passing our table couldn't find ours, she rolled her eyes at us as she left. Really shouldn't be surprised because spurs known to be a bit of a let down these days.
Food was fast to arrive but only half i had to find the waiter and ask where the rest is like 10min later. Way too little waiters and the mangers not even helping when they see they are under staffed. Cashier is down rite rude.
Marvelous, great food, even during the pandemic they are very cautious, made sure that we are all compliant to COVID-19 regulations, and not compromising because of business. We enjoyed ourselves and our food knowing that we are also safe
Maybe it was just a bad day, but the cuppachino was like Wimpy coffee, no foam and no taste. The waitress not very helpful and the food was the same as any other Spur. Franchises only have their service that makes a difference and because of that, and the very bad coffee, I will not return there.Food: 2/5
Ay I was not satisfied with the service the food was great but I wanted something to take of the long day I had like a glass of wine but I was told they were not serving alcohol .to my surprise when I look at another table opposite Mine they were having wine .
It was a rainy day, but kids wanted to play. This Spur came highly recommended for the area, and I see why - food was good, service was excellent, friendly staff and all round immaculate facilities. Kids had great fun! Kid-friendliness: Kids had a great time playing at the indoor play area, where visibility is great and the child minder was on duty all the time. Very safe!

Good friendly service . Staff were polite and meals brought timely . Hubby had steak for breakfast he really enjoyed the way it was prepared . I had the unreal deal , however I found they was no seasoning
