I had an issue with my order, the store contacted me within 24hrs. a lovely gentleman called Xolani, delivered the food the following day. Customers are valued. Thank you so much Rocomama your CHILLIE BOMB burger and MOFO wings are amazingly DELICIOUS

Absolutely delicious food with the most friendly service. Their burgers and chips are to divine. I tried their chili cheese bomb with their southern friend chicken and that’s by far the best burger I’ve had. I would highly recommend their food. Good job team. Keep it up .

Roccomamas Rivonia. I get it i walked in at 21:25 even though they say they close at 10pm i was let kjow they close at 21:45. Just had a beer. But the waiter were so busy on their phones and the music that was playing that they dont even notice trying to get their attention.

On multiple occasions we have placed takeaway orders and the staff have not packed the orders correctly and then take over an hour to deliver what was outstanding.Food: 4/5

It's a wonderful place to dine in. Food is great but you might need to book a table in advance because the place is usually packed, mainly on weekends. They also serve alchol and if they dont have wht you want you can bring your own and they will charge 10 bucks a bottle.

The service was prompt friendly and the burger worth the money on looks quantity and tast. The snag was that the waiters talk very loud with each other and we had to wait a long time for our waffle which could be avoided if they tell you as you order your food.. best to say you want waffles as it takes a while to be prepared. But will go there again as the burger was great

Make your own burgers. You do this by selecting items you want in your burger by checking off a sheet with options. There are many options though the cheese options are limited. The bombs are overrated no need to order those in your burger. The place is very noisy though. Most of the noise is from the plethora of action coming from the open concept kitchen. The smell of burger frying grease is in the air. So take note of you have concerns on tour clothing. Overall I would visit again as the burgers and fries are up to standard.

The staff was incredible and patient with me. I thoroughly enjoyed the service they provided. I wish I'd taken their names down so that I could mention them. The atmosphere was good. I always find that the portions are a little too clunky which makes eating a RocoMamas meal messy. It was good meal though.Food: 3/5

Exceptional service This has been my local rocos since they opened. I’ve always enjoyed the food and the service. Today, I ordered some wings for takeaway. When I got home, I saw the order was wrong. I called them and let them know, and they immediately rectified the error at no additional inconvenience to me. There aren’t many places that would do this, and I think the team at rocomamas Rivonia deserves to be recognized for their amazing customer service
