I don't normally leave reviews, whether it's good or bad, but I think people have to know what to expect. My sister's car 2012 Toyota Aygo, would not start due to electrical issues, it was towed to the shop 3 February 2023. Yesterday, March 28th, the car was finally ready to leave the shop! I asked what equipment they have to diagnose the fault....No reply! We mentioned previous issues related to key....Ignored! We asked daily about progress made, same answer all the time - still nothing! Then it was decided to replace ECU , keys and transponder ECU , and more. It was even sent to a Auto electrician, Eventually they sent keys & transponder ECU to a mechanic in the Cape! He re-programmed the key/transponder and Voila! the car started! 2 Months later! Couple of questions, does the dealership have diagnostic tools? Do they have qualified / trained mechanics? Do they have issues working on older cars? Is it standard practice to change all parts hoping to find the problem? Based on our experience, I would not recommend this dealership. 1 - star is over-rated.

Good service, but to expensive!!
Excellent & friendly customer service, bought my new Hilux from Rola Bredarsdorp ....definitely recommend this dealership to others out there looking for a new Toyota or any other used vehicle.
New Management staff realy went out of there way to acomadate me after bad bad service from previous owners. Well done keap up the professional service

These guys are top draw.. starting with Diedre Nortje to their head mechanic "Vossie" . Excellent service, beyond the call of duty and at the end they didn't even charge. The Hilux hums again. Thank you
