Cashier/Tiller girl I don’t know who she is today is the 01st/ of feb 11:00 she is rude doesn’t not greet stares at you. Poor service from her destroying such an important establishment. Does bot call you out when order arrived you have to literally check it yourself.
Ordered Pizza,17:35 waited for delivery till 19:05,Driver called said he was outside,then waited 10more minutes for him also,pizza was Cold when delivered. DON'T support this Romans!!!
I am an officer of the law, on 2022-06-09 we arrived in Kuruman as the provincial choir, we went to buy foot at Kuruman mall, I then decided to buy from Romans pizza, I desperately needed to pee, plus it's that time of the month, I ran around looking for a bathroom, and failed, cause the security guards told me all bathrooms in the mall is locked up, even the garage toilet was out of order, so I went to where I bought food from, asked the female manager for help, told her how pressed I was and she couldn't help me, I then asked her does it mean even if I am an officer she still can't help she said no... I spoke Afrikaans so they must have thought I cannot understand setswana, all the ladies started making a joke out of me whilst I stood there waiting for my food, heavy pressed and I heard them laugh asking why don't I just go to the police station to pee... I am so heartbroken by the service and attitude they gave me, I don't know the manager, and she couldn't even call her people to order, worst we all women... Ursula Saul was cashier, unfortunately it's the only name I remember cause it's on the pay slip .. This needs to be addressed we cannot treat people like this
I must start with the value for money and the nice service from the front desk, the lady who assisted me was very friendly and helpful and the food was top notch. When i got to my car, they attempted to rob me, luckely i became aware of this criminal comming from the side, so i managed to jump in and lock the car. He tried to open the door banging and pulling and i pulled off. The security is a major concern where you are situated in kuruman, lots and lots of people complain about it. Seems as if the shop is in a taxi rank...

This shop is located on a very dangerous spot. At a Taxi rank where people get robbed in brought daylight on a daily basis. Further more the persons answering the phone do not know English and some times not even answering the phone. Even if you call 5 times after another. Some times they simply drop the linephone call right in your ear. Sorry, im not willing to trade my life for a pizza. However, the pizza is very very nice! The shop self's service is good!
Way too much for delivery. It is kind of a rip off. You are taking people for a foul. Someone for example just gets a pizza pie meal for R30 but have to pay R35 for delivery. Way to expensive. Will not be odering from Romans again. You paying more for delivery then the food. Not happy at all.
Staff is extremely rude and the order took too long. No apology was given and instead they were rude
Always good. Staff friendly. Every time I go to Kurara I buy.
The service was ok. We didn't wait that long for our order.
