The food of there is superb..total scrumptious and not to forget the waiters they are so politeit is a restaurant I can recommend anyone to it.It doesn't matter if you are a child or adult the treatment is the same
Friendly service and quick delivery... Keep it up, though at times you forget to pack sugar satchets with the coffee.
Wrong order, poor quality food and waited over an hour for soft egg on toast.
The service is painfully slow all the time. The staff never even acknowledges a person when you walk through the door. Althea; the lady at the till; could do with an attitude adjustment for someone who is at the front desk. She always seems to be very irritable by the presence of customers.

Great service true to the wimpy standard good food
No words can explain how bad the service was... Hours of waiting for food, drinks and even the bill and not forgetting the bad hygiene. The will definitely not be seeing me again!!
The waiting for service and food in this place is so bad and even after hours of waiting the food is not up to standard
This is the worst experience I've ever received. The food was delayed for over an hour. I am discouraged to ever try again
45-60 minutes waiting period is ridiculous,and this is during off peak hours.
