Bad bad Service, no waiter at the door, I sat for more than 20 minutes before being attended to. Waitress came with the menu. Put it on the table and didn’t even ask what if I wanted to order a drink while I’m waiting. She was gone for another 10 minutes, until I left the place.
Just left the place as I wasn't attended to. When I went out the waiters are seating out and chatting. No wonder
The food of there is superb..total scrumptious and not to forget the waiters they are so politeit is a restaurant I can recommend anyone to it.It doesn't matter if you are a child or adult the treatment is the same
The service is painfully slow all the time. The staff never even acknowledges a person when you walk through the door. Althea; the lady at the till; could do with an attitude adjustment for someone who is at the front desk. She always seems to be very irritable by the presence of customers.
Wrong order, poor quality food and waited over an hour for soft egg on toast.
No words can explain how bad the service was... Hours of waiting for food, drinks and even the bill and not forgetting the bad hygiene. The will definitely not be seeing me again!!
Friendly service and quick delivery... Keep it up, though at times you forget to pack sugar satchets with the coffee.
