Excellent customer service and friendly staff

So Booked - on first come first serve basis drove aproxitly 250 km to be here early +/- 8:30, as to yet its 18:00 hours. Still need to drive back on farm roads filled with antelope. Al staff was helping as best they can espesially Zandre at service department. My question is this whats the point of comming in early if you can only finnish a basic service after hours. Poor management from ownwers side. Please revise. Haver to complain as this is not the first time..... Can so meone open a Ford in Kathu seeming Ford Kuruman is not handeling their capacity at best....sitting waiting for a service on my vehicle that i doubt due to time frame is getting the relevant atention needed. Please see this as constructive feedback.
