The second time in a row were were disappointed with the service. With the previous order we got thick bases instead of thin bases as clearly ordered. Late this afternoon, we ordered pizza on the app with a confirmation that the order was successfully placed. After 30 minutes when we went to collect the order, I was told to wait for the order to be made because the staff did not see my order on the system. It was very busy in the store and I did not have 20 minutes more to wait for the pizza and left empty-handed. UPDATE 01/11/2022: It has been a month now and still no one bothered to contact me, even after submitting my complaint via the Romans Pizza portal. I will definitely not buy from Romans Pizza Tzaneen again.
Our experience was great, I called and ordered in advance. Went to pick up at arranged time and was all ready and fresh. Good service on phone order and with staff on collection. Will definitely get some month end again
Here you can order their special and request separate boxes and when you collect you find it in a 1 double large box and ask them to change the box and they let you wait for 30 minutes because "the person who is cutting the pizzas is not a pizza cutter and the other staff knocked off" There is 1 lady who puts on glasses, if you want to be treated like trash irrespective of how much you are going to spend just go to her, she is good at bad service, yells at customers, and has good poor communication skills, she will threaten to hang up the call and eventually hang without me knowing if my order went through and how much am i going to pay and how long it's going to take
Yesterday on 26 June 2022 Sunday, I received horrible customer service. The woman who took my order was very rude and the worst part is that I had convinced the people I was with to try your pizza while they wanted to order at another place only to be treated like garbage. I don't see myself going there ever again.
I was at some point very fond of your service however it has sadly deteriorated! I ordered 3 PIZZA'S online at 17:09 today, drove up for collection at 18:30 only to be told that they're only preparing the pizzas now! I'd honestly like to think from the time I orderI until the time i came for collection was more than enough time gor preparation! I 'm horribly disappointed, this defeats the purpose of me ordering online if I'll be subjected to WAIT, I don't get it! Please fix your house. Disappointed and dissatisfied customer
Made a telephonic order and arrived to find my order was prepared wrong even though it clearly stated the flavors which I requested. I asked for BBQ chicken and chicken mayo only to be given two chicken mayo. I asked for a refund due to being late to collect my kid from school and was refused a refund and told to wait.
Good service, food ready in good time. Price not bad. Was tasty and cheesy, but very little chicken or mushroom...also didn't like the sauce used for the mince jalapeño pizza.
Service was very poor i inquired about mi order after 30 minutes and only then they checked it and told it was mixed up with som1 else's order..had to wait for another 20 minutes so they can make my order
Made a telephonic order and was advised order will be ready in 20-25min; it was eventually ready after 45min with an ingredient missing on one of the pizzas. While the lady taking the order was friendly, there was misunderstanding in the order and website is not the best either. COVID protocols are not strictly enforced; customers stand in close proximity when receiving their orders and staff do not advise customers accordingly. Place is not so clean and there was not sufficient seating available at 6:30pm when store closes at 8pm according to Google. Only good thing that came out of the experience was that the lady went through the order... but I identified the missing ingredient on the pizza. The store does not carry its pride like it did some years ago and is miles apart in terms of standard compared to other Romans franchises.
The service here is messed up. They are disrespectful and made me queue while PREGNANT. They allowed a lady who works at Mr Price to skip the queue while I queued. When I asked them why they let me queue but allowed the lady from Mr Price to skip the line, they told me that it's because she works there. Their service is slow, they are more concerned about their friends than giving good service and being considerate to people. The other lady by the name of Alice told me that I am not pregnant and I'm just pretending to be pregnant. They think they own this place. They are disrespectful.
