NEVER AGAIN! I phoned them last night to place my order of pickup. She was distracted and I had to ask her to read my order back to make sure because she was talking to someone while on the phone with me. Then I get there to pick up my order, she never put it on the system! It was written on a piece of paper in the back! So I left, furious, spending my money at a drive through. We phone because its convenient as we have kids and it makes it easier in winter, we support them because we loved their pizza pies, but never again!
I heard a lot of people talk about their pizza pies and decided to try them. Oh my word! I don't regret it for a moment! It is affordable, delicious, and surprisingly very filling! I would definitely go back for more! Parking: The parking spots are very tight, I would say that for the number of shops Roman's, Steers, Fish Aways, there isn't enough parking.
We ordered the spacial of 2 large pizzas, of which one was the Hawain. We have ordered so many times before, but this time we were so dissapointed in the ham used on the Hawaiin pizza...it was not the normal ham used in previous orders. It tasted blunt and as if it was bully beef and not ham. So dissapointed!
Placed my order 15:50 for delivery no later than 17:30. It’s 18:20 and I have still not received my order, this is ridiculous!!!! Now I remembered why I STOPPED ordering from Romans in the FIRST place.
I am not happy with my order at all! I ordered on 3 February 2021 via Mr Delivery order number #DFD49513860 and it was delivered after 17:00. It seems my order was rushed because someone was in a hurry to go home so let us rip off the customer, why not?! I ordered a Large Sea Food Pizza with extra Mozzarella cheese and Olives. I also ordered a 2L coke. What I received was a dry pizza base with no extra mozzarella cheese and the toppings were literally falling off the base because there was no cheese to hold them together! Oh and a 1.5L Coke instead of the 2L Coke, who cares? I have ordered the exact order before and I know exactly how they taste and look like! At one stage the extra olives were not added but I let it slide because I thought it was an honest mistake. Because we never complain the bad service keeps repeating itself! I feel robbed! This Pizza belongs in the bin! It is definitely not worth the R226.86 that I paid for it. And this review is not even worth a 1 star rating! But because it will not post without at least a 1 star rating, that is the only reason I am giving it a 1 star rating. If you do not have the capacity to delivery quality service then so not accept the order, simple as that! I am definitely going to post this on Hello Peter, on Mr Delivery and on other Social Media Platforms. I want my refund back!
They really love what they do .... They are on time the time i waited was even less then predicted on the slip... They are very friendly and kind .... I was standing cause of my pregnancy and there was seats available and the wanted ti know if I'm ok if anything was wrong they care about their customers .... Top top top wouldnt biy my pizza anywhere else
Truth be told this Roman's pizza is by far the worst,so we don't know if it's the staff,chef or management but the service and attitude is disgusting.... 1st of all the trading hours is incorrect,instead of 10pm like it says on Google maps,they close at 9pm 2ndly they stop taking orders at 20:30 which means as customers we must runaround looking for food even after I called and they told me to come and order inside 3rdly with this behavior expressed from this branch,your competitors will stay winning because I arrived at Debonairs 12min later and they took and made my order Please fix this problem....
I love the space. It is quiet and cozy to enjoy ur meal and area to meet for leisure and business matters.Food: 5/5
We ordered 5pizza pies we asked for delivery and the cashier forgot to send it out waited 35 min for delivery and the pies were cold not happy with the service we received
I ordered 1 Bolognese and 1 Hawaiian as I was driving far and was already late I didn't check my order on the sport. Half way through my journey I opened the box and it was two Hawaiian. On top of that we waiting a very long time for our order Dietary restrictions: We ended up buying food on the road as my wife can't eat Hawaiian
