Panarottis Vaal Mall

Too the panarottis family am giving you zero star because yesterday i order around passed 20:00 in Mr D i order rib and steak pizza with a cheese griller stuffed crust with add double cheese on those pictures is what i got my pizza was not well cooked everything was a mass under my pizza dough i find black coal my pizza dough was raw i didn't eat even one piece from it cause the moment i open the box it was a mass already am not happy at all with yesterday services. With a smile panarottis family they manage to give me a delicious pizza am happy and thank you guys

Called to order a pizza for delivery. The woman didn’t understand my address and asked to WhatsApp it. Which i did the effort to do it. No one read so I called back. The woman said she will check. Hung up and then put the phone down. The read the messages and just did not reply me at all. That was very disappointing. So service - 0 I live your pizza though..

Very disappointing lunch experience. Restaurant was not busy yet did took an hour. Was way past hungry when the food arrived. Rock shandy one of the worst I've had. Won't go back

Food was good however social distancing is non existent.

Nice place to have dinner before you movie. The pizzas are really good and the breakfast pizzas are also worth a try. There is a great atmosphere and decor, and a large play are for the kids with an attendant to check on them. They are very busy sometimes and it might be worth your while to resever a table on a Friday or Saturday evening. Also leave enough time during busy times as service will be a little slow.

I am only giving you guys one star as you can’t give 0/5 stars. The service is appalling and the food looks and tastes really bad! The manager is useless and she looks so bored working here!

The place is a bit noisy due to being inside a Mall, but comfortable. Friendly stuff and clean environment. Food service is a bit slow on busy days. Their wings are delicious. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with just the right amount of hot on the sauce. 9/10.

Great food, the dessert was the best! Angelique was absolutely rude but I'm glad Yolande made up for it. Had a lovely dining experience otherwise

Very cozy place, good for a family outing or even a solo date. Great food and great service

We waited for about 50 minutes for our food to arrive and thats my only reason for not giving a 5 star rating. Our waiter Simba was great and the food was delicious.
