I had a good experience, prompt and reasonable quote . Arrived on time and went the extra mile by transporting one or two things I had forgot to put on my list

What a wonderful, sleek, moving experience we've got from Hammond Movers, a well organize Moving  Company,  even loading small things that wasn't listed free of charge. I can highly recommend him to anybody who whants to move.

What a headache dealing with Roodepoort Mini movers. They were late. Arrived in a smaller than required - and agreed - truck. They damaged our furniture. The staff moaned and complained about carrying our valuable equipment. They committed to repair our furniture but have not gotten back to us.

Roodepoort Mini movers are the worst  moving company of all time. They quoted an amount based on our list but on the day tried to double their moving fee because they sent a smaller truck. They also damaged our washing machine and our dining room table. The puzzled owner said he would arrange for someone to come and repair but have not heard from him again. Avoid at all costs!

Firstly the team arrived late, and subsequently rushed moving my possessions. One box had been obviously dropped and a few of the contents broken. When I spoke to Riaan, he said it was because the box was badly packed, and took no liability for the fact the box had been dropped, despite FRAGILE written on the box. Items were also stolen during my move, and although I cannot prove who took them, the only people who handled my belongings was RMM. Riaan is adamant they are not responsible, but also says that I did  not give them all the information - which is not true, and that is why they were rushed as they had to do a second trip. They were supplied with a full inventory, and then still refused to take certain items , as "they could not trust the team". Needless to say I will never use or recommend them.

The prices were a bit steep for me but the service was awesome, it's totally a place I would go to once I can afford to
