Beautiful store layout, friendly staff, the click and collect point of service the staff was wonderful today acting as a enquiry point with directing me to the required isle number when I should them what I needed though not smiling with one the standard of service is very high I encountered today. Thank you all for the wonderful experience just a pity the online store listed sabricon rubber plunger 100mm in stock with the rod but the store only have a Sabricon rubber plunger but not rod that fit but the staff experience was worth the trip. Looking forward to shop 8n this store again.
Great place to shop with amazing till assistants. I was served by Babalwa Mabenge, a great asset for Builders Express. What a happy lady & so helpful. Pity there was no one in the Nursery section to help me.
For a standard builders they are quite well stocked, sometimes you do need to go to the warehouse in Buffelsfontein Rd but I rarely need to make that trip because they have me covered. Another thing is they actually have visible staff and each one specialises in an area so you can get good advice when you need it. Some staff have been there for years and that is also very respectable.
As soon as they get a grip on stock control they will be good

No ear muffins in stock or 30, 32,34 overalls in stock so a didn't spend any money went up the road and spent R1000.00 odd
They have the essentials you may need. Couldn't find all that I wanted, but not a problem.
On the 31st of December i arrived at 07h59 and 45 seconds, to be stopped by a VERY UNFRIENDLY security staff member who barked " ITS NOT 8 YET !!" 15 seconds??? What about " good morning sir, sorry its not quite 8 o clock yet? " Sorry Builders, you need to have a SERIOUS look at how the security personnel that you use treat the public. After all, its THE PUBLIC that walks in with the money isnt it?? Why use security personnel that CHASES the money away?? ANY OTHER BUSINESS OWNER READING THIS, THINK LONG AND HARD OF WHAT I AM SAYING.
Pretty good shopping experience. This branch is a great selection of plants. The store carries just about everything any DIY'er could need. Pricing is relatively fair and staff are helpful.
