Description

Route 21 Corporate Park is a high security/access controlled business park. All gateways are access controlled and monitored by a 24-hour guardhouse facility permanently established in the park. Guarding includes roaming as well as static guards and includes guards patrolling on a quad/motor bike.

The Park itself is protected by state-of-the-art electronic surveillance equipment, as well as an outer palisade fence, impenetrable perimeter security system consisting of a beam system developed by the CSIR and an inner electrical fence.

The first phase of the park is now almost 99% developed and includes mostly “A” grade office developments with very stylish developed office buildings. There are also small components of neat industrial and warehousing developed in the park. The second phase of the park was launched in 2010 and building activity is picking up nicely.

Neat offices within the easily accessible popular office Park.
Very neat and easily accessible office park just off the R21. The buildings are very modern and security is excellent. It is a bit difficult and time consuming to get in and out of the complex when there is alot of traffic at the security gates.
Nice, clean corporate park. Bit confusing finding the right place as there aren't sufficient signs especially when it is your first time there. Security is friendly.
Friendly security. Ample parking. Convenience store / take away resturant on site. Exit from here is not great as you have to U-turn at the robots in order to get to the highway.
A bit of chaos trying to leave in the afternoons but great place otherwise. Best coffee is from Beans@21. Best lunches are from the SMD cafeteria at the back of the building and they are also extremely cheap!
We serviced, secure with a wide range of companies. It is perfectly located on the R21 close to the N1 and N14 highways for ease of travel to Pretoria, Johannesburg, Lanseria airport and OR Tambo International airport.
Straight along the way is should take more harf an hour to reach your destination
Great office park... but there are way too many businesses inside and ot causes traffic coming in and going out.
Easy access from the R21 highway. 25 minutes from OR Tambo airport as well as 25 minutes from the Pretoria CBD and 15 minutes from Centurion
