Twice I took my car for a valet. Twice I was greatly disappointed. Yesterday I was parked for 15 minutes but no-one attended to me. Before, they stole a police cap out of my vehicle. Valets are Pricy.

The car wash staff are the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever come across, they never greet back no matter how enthusiastically you greet them, they have arguments infront of you of who should wash your car, they literally look upset that you came to wash your car there. Honestly this is my last time washing my car here as this is the 3rd time I have a bad experience. Just an edit I went back because I was stranded and needed a car wash ASAP, there was a new gentleman, his name is Willie, his service was excellent, apparently the new manager for the car wash, keep up the Good work Willie

Please be careful at this service station! Bought some items at the shop and paid for fuel inside the shop. After paying I checked the slip and there were items added to my bill that I never purchased. When I confronted the cashier he had an attitude about me requesting a refund for items he fraudulently put on my bill, that I did not purchase.

The attendants are crooks! Never load with cash, I paid cash and when I switched on the engine the available kilometres were still the same, I told them no ways did you load petrol into this car and he said yes, I must drive a little and the reading will change, never did the reading change. Absolutely disgusting business acumen!

Awful car wash service. Staff is unfriendly, and I always have to re-clean the car when I get home. Especially the wheels.

I had the absolute worst experience washing my car here today. I came early afternoon seeing that I had a busy day a head of me. I had one car in front of me when I arrived. After an hour I was still waiting in line for my car to be washed and absolutely dying of the heat in the car. Only one guy was washing cars while the others stood and watched him washing cars while smoking. The guy washing the cars was also taking so long and chatting to his friends while doing so. I regret coming here and will advice everyone to never ever ever come and wash your car here. I waited 2 hours to have my car washed.

Rude staff Unfriendly Unhelpful Manager has an "I don't care attitude"

Their car wash is atrocious. We payed for a wash and go and was not informed that it does not include a basic dry. So we left with water still on the cars. As for the washing. The job was half done. Afterwards there were several scuff and dust marks on my windows and bumper that I effortlessly could wipe off with a towel. My windshield wipers were not even lifted to remove leaves and dust from that area. Would not recommend this to anyone.
