Went there first time it was my sister's birthday..it was fabulous the ladies were welcoming and sweet. Second time to do my nails gel... satisfied with a hand scrub and massage..divine.Their gel is quality and lasts..I now do my nails there on a regular. Worth recommending.

Purchased a daddys deals 60min full body massage for 2 and had a appointment for 10am. Got there 10min early and the doors were locked and nobody on the premises. After calling the number on the voucher i eventually made it in around 10:10am Eventually made into the massage room ready and waiting at 10:25am. The massage was good but only lasted about 30min. Based on my experience I would not recommend this place.

In May 2019 my mum and I treated ourselves to a 60 minutes HOT STONE massage at the spa as advertised. The massage was good and the therapists friendly however the hot stones were placed on our backs for probably only the last 10 minutes or less of the treatment. Quite disappointing as the intention was for a hot stone massage. I wrote to the owner shortly thereafter. Unfortunately I haven't received a reply. Thumbs down for misadvertising.

My boyfriend and I did a same-day appointment on a daddy’s deal massage and pedicure. We were somewhat apprehensive given prior reviews, but we couldn’t have been more impressed with our experience at Royal Florida Spa. Our therapists were very professional and highly skilled. Our massages were enjoyably firm as requested, and we even received a complementary glass of wine! we highly recommend RFS for an enjoyable and relaxing spa experience.

A joke of an establishment, rude masseuse, rude Security, went to visit today and was told because there’s no keys, they cannot sell me anything. Had my car clamped in their parking because I went to the shop next door while they were closed. An absolute disgrace of a spa... 1 Star is over rated. I feel a negative score is required.

Friendly staff. Lovely hot stone massage. Offered us a complimentary massage because of noises outside were "interfering with the chi"... Noise was beyond their control
