*WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!* That's an understatement! This place was horrible !! Some rooms are little better than others. I got the small, crappie room, with a horrible restroom!! The bathroom had a old, dinghy, smell in it! Disgusting. Remember, I arrived in South Africa in June 2023, which is the beginning of winter ! THERE IS NO CENTRAL HEAT, OR AIR! This place is cold in the winter    , hot    in the summer! There is a shopping centre, which is about a 20-minute walk up the street. I bought a heater. They do not like you to use the heater, because the electric grid is not well, and it drains the electricity out of the electric grid! I AGREE! The place needs a serious upgrade!! At night I hated to use the microwave in the kitchen, because that's when all of the mice  came out! Why is it in South Africa do the businesses open all of the doors, and windows during the winter   ? They do it all day long, which keeps cold air in the building, and it lets rodents in! This is Africa , you have to close your doors!! The location isn't bad, which is Sunninghill. That's a safe place, which is not one of the ghetto's, or slums in Johannesburg! I've been to some nice rooms, but this is not one of them!

Good location if you need to be near the hospital. Nice and Quiet but owner needs to give urgent attention to the building.

Horrible, no rest! Intercom system seems to be broken, cars hooting at the front gate all day and night.

Just some small issues.. Only 2 channels were available to watch on the tv.. Some broken tiles in the bath room floor.. Floor creaks alot but its given with the type of house.... Lovely house room was big safe parking.. Safe area.. lady at front entrace was really friendly and helpfull and sweet

It looks like the place is falling apart. It does not look anything like the photos. They should update photos to show how it really looks like. Room did not have a clean feel to it. There is no remote or code for the gate,you have to hoot and hope someone opens the gate.Rooms: 1/5

Beds are finished they make noise when u make glof-glof. Not enough parking

It wasn't what I expected in that area. I couldn't sit outside on the chairs, very dirty. The room was ok but dusty.

A small family run guesthouse with 8 rooms and an offsite 3-bedroomed apartment. Ideal for a quick jaunt into Sunninghill

Excellent condition got my car washed while attending other business

I enjoyed my stay. Braii
