This is a great establishment. The food is impeccable , the location is amazing and the service staff is very friendly. They also have free WiFi and generators for the common areas for use during power cuts. Their conference facilities are also well equipped. Overall, its a place that I would highly recommend!Rooms: 4/5
Since arrival you get the most warm welcome, rooms are spacious and surroundings tranquil. Lucas the Chef prepares the most loving, delicious meals I have ever experienced. Lucas once again take a chance MasterChef S.A is waiting for brilliant Chefs like you. Big thanks to Jan and his wonderful team.
What a fantastic venue. Special night out with my wife on such a relaxing , comfortable and very African venue. The food was unbelievable and iur service straight from the moment we arrived till the time we left was perfect from Alfred. Great knowledge of both the wine and the food. He created a relaxed and happy experience and provided 100% service yet was never intrusive. Thanks Alfred we will see you again soon .

Such a gem in Rivonia. Johan has been very good to us and accommodated our team at literally the last minute. Very cosy and well decorated surroundings inkeeping with the theme. Many antiques will give you a blast from the past which is also why this place is so special. There is a beautiful open area with the river in the back. Excellent place to unwind! Great food aswell.
Amazing experience. A proper getaway in the city.. The service was impeccable, the food was to die for. They catered to all our needs, and really go out they way to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely going back soon! Thank you guys for a memorable weekend.Rooms: 5/5
I had a very very beautifull room with antique solid sleeper wood shelves, bed, cuboards and tables. The overall ambieance and decor in the lodge is exquisit. Massive trees, tranquil garden next to a river. Very refreshing calm space in the heart of Jozi. It felt like being on a tropical forest holiday. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding, hearty and very well balanced flavours. Will definately reccomend this place for a good time off, perhaps a special event or business function. They have it all.
