the absolute worst service i have ever received. I went for a filling a year ago, they messed it up so bad, I had the filling product stuck over all my other teeth. After a few days the actual filling came out. I went back to get it fixed, the dentist then damaged my tooth to the point where a year later I am still sitting with a pain in my tooth and the filling has completely disintegrated. All i wanted was a filling - they also then tried to make me pay to get that fixed. The exact same thing happened to my wife, she also now has a messed up tooth after receiving a simple filling. Also had to go back twice I honestly am disgusted with this sort of service and in constant pain thanks to this lovely place.
From the moment I was greeted by the receptionist till the delivery of service, I was treated professionally. I went in there knowing I would need an extraction after a restless night. I was mentally prepared for physical challenge after an experience with a previous dentist. The doctor listened to what I had to say, explained to me the options and after a discussion I decided I needed the extraction anyway. It was over before i knew it. She was gentle, she was easy to talk to and I think I have found a new dentist for regular check up.
Not even 1 star, had my back molar paining so much and dentist claimed they could not locate my canals after digging deep my tooth. Referred me to another dentist but decided to go to a dentist in edenvale. Located my root canals in less than 5min. Now to put a cherry on top i got charged more for something that was not done properly and way less by the doctor in edenvale. i am no longer going to visit this place, i am beyond upset.
Dr. Cheng is the best Dentist I have ever been to, she's so gentle. I have taken my 5 year old there and I have been there myself for a wisdom tooth. You can imagine how delicate that is but she was so gentle.
Worst dentist ever. Lied to me about my case ..left whole root inside saying it is just a small piece which will close on it own. Left me in terrible pain for 20 days. Pathetic service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star... should give "0"
0 star got my tooth extracted in April untill now i havent heal and while extracting my tooth the dentist broke the other tooth which is still half now : : small pieces broken pieces not removed in the opening of my gum: all this just affected my health
Dental visits are daunting! Dr Lee makes it so much easier though. She really is the best!
Dr Cheng is so gentle and kind. I highly recommend her.
