Nedbank Rivonia

If you need to exchange your foreign currency. You can go to the Nedbank bureau de change bank branch in Rivonia Village Shopping Centre. They right above the Woolworths. It has ATMs on the right, just as you get off the escalator. I was still trying to figure out where I should queue. Before I could find my feet I was greeted by a friendly staff member. The consultant who assisted in my transaction was very patient, efficient and friendly. I definitely can recommend this branch. Just don’t forget your passport and proof of residence when you go!

Absolutely USELESS branch. does not matter which day or what time no-one ever answers. why am I paying fees etc. for non service. might as well close the branch

Scheduled ID Re-issue booking 2 weeks ago via E-DHA, arrived there today from Pretoria-East only to be told I have to wait for Level2. Why was I not notified? Who's going to pay back my R140 I did online. 1st time so deeply disappointed in Ned customer service

The people placed here can never help. As for the lady with a red dot on her forehead she’s so rude. As for the only guy that works at the branch he’s always in a hurry to close come knock off time

Worst nedbank branch ever. Have lots of People floating around and one teller. Might as well close the branch.

Disappointed. I checked the website early this morning. Rivonia branch says its OPEN....please change it to no public may have access. I made a trip for nothing! Please update. Thank you
