Waste of time went there today at 9.30 to buy dog, cat and parrot food and the the was closed. Well sorry to say your loss on close to R1000.00 sale you missed out on. And the loss of a customer. Tried phoning and just goes to voice mail.
My wife came across this pet store while on Facebook. I took a drive out and went to have a look. Their prices are very good, and they have a good selection, for a smaller pet store. The lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is another store in Umhlanga, but the lady did advise that there may be differences in carried stock between the two stores. Overall, this store is a must visit if you have pets and are looking for competitive prices on pet food.
Very unprofessional when u call there is never a answer went there on Saturday waited 10 min for the lady to open in the mean time she is next door so now I know why the phone never gets answered when u call
Lady is very friendly and helpful.
Worst place to get dog food, terrible service, over priced
They try hard to give good service
