I am truly impressed with the excellent service I received from Quintin. From the moment he answered the phone he was extremely helpful and friendly, and just an all round pleasure to deal with. I was stuck assembling a piece of furniture and enquired if he could assist, and even though it is not a general service that is usually offered to my knowledge, he went out of his way to accommodate my request and assist in assembling it. What an asset he is to Mica Ruimsig. Extremely grateful to him.

Had paint tinted and received great service then. Then after, the service I received was terrible after I asked for a refund because the colour had no change after their tint. They could not even see the difference, that says it all. Its not fair on me paying and not receiving value for my money.  In the end they agreed to refund me, but decided not to accept because of the way I was treated. They have lost a client thats for sure.

This is not a huge store like builder's or Leroy merlin, but that's exactly what makes this store amazing. You never struggle to find a staff member for help and you never stand in ridiculous queues. Staff are friendly, knowledge and helpful. The store is well stocked.

Staff member was rude and unhelpful.  No one offered assistance,  when I asked, I got snapped at.  I'd been there previously and received great service during the week.  Seems like weekends are a no go. Grumpy, irritable staff.

Staff are very helpful and respectful. They are waiting at the entrance to help customers and show them what all they need. Prices are moderate. The entrance round the back to get bags of cement and river sand is bad as there is not much turning space for vehicles and if congested may cause a problem for people trying to get out of the back. However with the plumbing tools i bought that where the wrong size they gave me a full refund with no issues or hassles.

Am so disappointed in this hardware its twice now same problem first time I filled up my 9 kg gas bottle it only last for 11 days using heater for an hour every evening that was June 2020 Then again on the 9th of June 2021 I filled my 7kg cadac gas bottle which I use for cooking of which I only cook in the evening but it last from the 9th of June to 22nd of June  2021.
