This has to be the worst service I have ever received. I am so disgusted. From the word go we have battled. Firstly it has been battle to get deliver and then the driver battled for 45 min to get to us and we live like 2km from them. The guy tells us his lost so we must get him by the checkers and then we get there he is not there. They did not have stock of one item and never phoned us to let us know so we could choose an alternative. And to top it all off they only deliver half the stuff when there was MORE than enough space to price everything. They send 4 guys with 1 shovel to off load the sand. Come on guys get a grip.
Might not be the full size but they do keep almost anything you would need around the house. Good service and smiling faces, very helpful if you can't find what you're looking for, no 5 star rating due to the fact that you must look for someone to assist you. Very neat and tidy, ample parking and wheelchair accessible.
This is a smaller version of the bigger stores... You will find almost anything that you are looking for. Quick in-and-out. I went there for a size twelve 1/2 inch drive socket, but they do not sell separately packaged single sockets like they do at the bigger stores. I ended up having to buy a whole set. Still technically had what I needed
I as a senior citizen Lady appreciate the service I received, I do not know much about bolts and nuts and the help I received was excellent, keep up the good work, Ingrid
Basic hardware store, if you need steel cut they dont do it. Some staff very friendly, others could get trainig.
Enough variety for most DIY applications. Excelent for small and medium projects. It is the express builders so certain hardware and items can only be purchased from the main branches. I've always been able to get what I need from here though.
at first staff seems laxidazy .. i went to get garden shelves and couldnt find them and 3 different staff couldnt help me find it. they called the garden person, but i waited n waited n finally went walking again to see if i could find it myself .. to find the garden person not responding to the call. there was a demo model and so i was able to ask where is the stock . they did help me get the stock down from the top shelf and he remained with me as i asked where are other things that i needed to get pricing for. i then finally paid and left. so .. thamkx goodness it became a pleasant experience from an initially not so pleasant beginning experience. i do try to be more patient, and i do tend to try to be much more forgiving, as we are all people, even though quite often our time is also important and south africa seems to be a place that others waste each others important time .. anyways end result is that in the past i have had worse experiences and this was not the worst and was still friendly enough to be pleasant n helpful ..
Completely rude staff working here. The teller failed to listen to us requesting for potting soil and compos. She had to then fix it and did so with an extreme attitude. Hitting the till closed like it's our fault.
Good amounts of stock in store, pricing is not too much higher than Warehouse, and it is an overall clean and neat store. The only factor that gets to me is the level of service from the staff members on the floor. Usually the ladies at the counters are nice and friendly.
