I would first like to thank Nonhlanhla for such amazing help as I purchased a laptop from Russell's last year.. Thank you so much for your great work.. However the laptop just stopped working and I took the laptop back I am extremely not happy with the process of the laptop being fixed.. I am a student and I have lost out on my work due to this issue what makes the matter even more frustrating is I'm getting no feedback from the pinetown store all I'm told is they will call me but they never call. I feel it's really unfair on me to wait for this with no feedback the laptop has been gone for 2 weeks going on the third week but no feedback none whatsoever... I am really disappointed in this even when I call, Im told they will call me back, but they never keep that promise. .
I am very upset ...Russell is known and trusted but there appearing as unprofessional ..we made full payment on bed. It been 3months not delivered and the excuses what does it have to do with me ? I am typing and we still waiting from January 2022
Customer service was excellent
nice and peaceful everyone is welcome there I like that about the place, if you wanna site down at eat or chat with your friend you welcome nobody will ask you to leave because you never bought anything from them
they don't deserve any star after all poor service still waiting for my furnisher to be delivered its been a month and 3weeks still haven't received what i payed for. Daylight robbery.

Y'all are fruads, how can you use someone's lay-by money for something they didn't lay-by and lie that they didn't pay, You need to be reported for the Scams you are operating
