Rustic Rest

Place has nice surroundings , near the mall and central. Not so quite as the place hosts a lot of events . Could definitely do better on customer service especially when booked via Airbnb. No one likes a hustle. Breakfast is no longer available as advertised and should be advised on booking or change the advert. I give 5 stars to the employees .

I personally just had a worse experience. No proper access control, one guest opened the gate for lot of ppl and they had a very loud party throughout the night. Even worse the management didn’t take my complain serious. It’s a nice place but poorly managed.Rooms: 2/5

My partner and I often stay there when in polokwane for work, and yesterday was the worst. The receptionist had friends over and they were making noise throughout the evening. The place is deteriorating. They have definitely lost clients. Last stay, never again!!!!

Great environment but room needs some tlc. Especially the bathroom, when you shower the water takes too long to drain out. But nice place

The receptionist was a great host..,5 star for her. Mold in shower...holes in one of the towels.

Worste service ever. Will never book or recommend them ever. I confirmed my booking yesterday afternoon with no issues. An hour later I receive an email stating that they do not have availability for us anymore as they gave our rooms for someone else for this weekend.

Great guest house with a very nice inner garden that offers relaxing, reading a book on the door step of your room. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

I have been to this place before but I will make time and pay a visit.
