Terrible conditions. Fridge was off and had a smell. Moth balls everywhere, unable to breath. No bath or basin plugs. Small TV with DSTV not installed, stuck in set up function. Curtain unable to close properly. Bed mattress uncomfortable. Chair unstable. Dirty and dusty. It is dailight robbery @R800 a night.....

Booked into room 4 on the 07/06/2021. The place was clean but the sheets and the towels were not, Had to pick up hair from the sheets and it had spots as if someone had slept and they just made up the bed without changing the sheets.room had no cutlery, the kettle wasn’t working. The toilet didn’t flush .When I called for assistance the reception guy hung up on me and said I should’ve spoken earlier. I had to work before I could rest, hence I realized later. Never returning!
Rooms were not clean, bath tub had a brown stain all over so disgusting how does a staff member take you to your room and not check everything???, I immediately asked to be placed in another room and than their bed linen had an awful dirty smell with stains and their parking sucks big time we were blocked in by other vehicles the following day. Rooms got potential but the owners needs to step up their game, honestly now how can you ask R800 a night and get placed in dirty rooms
The rooms are not that bad but there were ants in my bathroom, the shower had pressure but the shower head holes did not produce water on all holes...there were noises on the roof like someone was throwing stones on top of the roof or something
I don't know why it still reflects 3 stars the place is not worth even one. THE STAFF is super friendly which is the only good thing about this place and they can only work with what has been given to them which is not much some things are above their control. The management in this place needs to go for a refresher course on the hospitality industry or at the very least they should check what their neibouring guest houses the competition is doing. I stayed there for 13 days, THE BED i slept on i could feel the springs and the frame of the mattress as i slept the best answer you get when raising a complaint is that we will tell the management tomorrow it will be tomorrow until you check out. SHOWER HEAD and the stained bath tub. By the way bring your own hand wash and lotion don't count on the sample size items that is put in the bathroom. How much does it cost to replace a shower cap in comparison to what the guest is paying. BREAKFAST bread is not the only pastry that there is, introduce muffins, croissants, beacon etc. Take your chefs to culinary classes if you must. PARKING is an issue especially when driving a large vehicle, kindly consider removing the small garden that is situated in front of the gate as you drive in to make more room for negotiating parking. It seems the effort was put in having more rooms than parking spaces for all those rooms. Its a pitty my accommodation in this place was corporately paid otherwise I would have moved to another guest house.
Rude staff! Their driver just almost caused a major accident at crossing of Jorissen and Oost Street, Polokwane. About 12:15. Drove at least 80km/h without stopping and I had te swerve out of the way. If that is how they operate in town it shows something of their lack of integrity...
Staff was wonderful, it felt a bit like you are guest of a family! Meals were amazing! Room very clean. Thanks a lot!Rooms: 5/5
Thank u welcome. It is place beautiful bed room and bathroom and around .it beautiful pool swimming. But it do not working fan in room 20. It do not have safe where safe From limpopo sports deaf
