Honestly the staff there is absolutely amazing, so fun, talkative and bubbly. Was there today about an hour ago with my bf and gosh I don't even remember having silence, as soon as we sat 3 who weren't assisting us simply came to stand and talk with us, very funny in fact. Super sweet honestly love it there!
Always a pleasure to donate my plasma & platelets at SANBS Northmead. Staff are professional and very friendly. They take extra care of all the patients.

They are very comforting. I personally come here all the time, but my cousin came a few days ago with a needle phobia and it went so smooth he didn't even notice how he was already prepped and giving blood.
Visit regularly. Great and professional staff that do wonderful work!
