Really dislike having to go to the bank. Not the best welcoming, waiting for service - always, following up to get service and then the systems are offline.
You guys dont know your product! My grandad has to go back 3 times just for you to get it right???? How is picking up a new card this difficult...... No one at the call centre knows anything.....
Over 2 hours to get a teller. They have only 1 teller counter. So if you need to deposit or dram cash. DON'T GO HERE!!!!

Recieved a message to collect my new bank card from this branch..... go slow delux. Theyshould advise people to bring refreshments and their sleeping bags. If it takes this long to just collect a card I would hate to think how long it would take for an actual query....
Extremely helpful but they need more people within the customer service for late estates we waited over 35 minutes just for someone to answer the phone
Excellent help. I was set up and given a new card within minutes.
Parking is always a problem but I bank there and the Std staff are very helpful and my friend and I enjoy the Spur.
Convenient to have all the Banks in one centre. Woolworths and Checkers both have a wide range of products.
