I have recently used this company for the second time, and I have found their service to be sub-standard. The second time I had taken in a working remote, and all it required was a button, when I got the remote back, it was not working, so I requested them to put the remote back to when I took it in initially, left my phone number for them to contact me, which was never done, I had to go in there to follow up on the progress of the remote, which they had done nothing to the remote. This is the second time I have been dissatisfied, with the service provided
