I have recently used this company for the second time, and I have found their service to be sub-standard. The second time I had taken in a working remote, and all it required was a button, when I got the remote back, it was not working, so I requested them to put the remote back to when I took it in initially, left my phone number for them to contact me, which was never done, I had to go in there to follow up on the progress of the remote, which they had done nothing to the remote. This is the second time I have been dissatisfied, with the service provided

I have used them various times, to open a very old safe, to rescue me when I locked my keys and my dog in the car the owner dropped what he was doing and came to my rescue and when my 83 year old dad couldn't get into his car at the mall because his remote wouldn't open the car. The employee went with my dad to dischem bought a battery for the remote fitted it and opened the vehicle. I call that great service.

Don't even deserve one stare i will never do business with this company long story short they don't gave refund even if they don't do the jobe i hop tomorow 22/05/2019 i will get my refund as promise. i send in my car computer box with key and cluster to get code they made me pay and told me its working got home it was still doing the same thing send it back,they work on it for 2day to tell me the computer box is locked and there is nothing they can do ,so i ask for a refund they told me to comeback on the 21/05/2019 to get my refund i send my ecu computer box to ecu auto and they did it the car is moving nothing wrong with it i even test it on my other and its working ,21/05/2019 i went back to them for my refund and i was told to come back on the 22/05/2019 what business is this .never do business with them they are dishonest business company
