Safety Solutions are a small business providing services to all sectors. (Construction, Mining, Warehouses, schools, offices etc. Our service ranges from the largest international mining and manufacturing organizations to the smallest retailer, service provider and construction companies.
Our main focus currently is the construction industry. Small contractors are often not aware that their activities classify as Construction work as defined by the Construction Regulations of the Occupational Health and safety Act, and that they need a safety file on site.
Often I get contacted in the evening or on a Saturday, by a person who needs a safety file the following day. Since I, the owner of the business, do most of the work myself helping out someone in need is usually a rewarding experience.
I take pride in the fact that not one of the many safety files compiled by me for a contractor has ever failed the first submission. The safety files are compiled to precision to make sure our clients are more than happy the first time the legal principal contractor audit takes place.
Our construction experience ranges from multi-million rand projects to small town houses renovations. Whether the client's need is to comply with the basic legal requirements or to implement a sophisticated system for which international certification can be obtained, we are able to conduct the risk assessment or do the risk analysis, develop the health and safety management system, facilitate the development of procedures and assist with the implementation thereof. Safety Solutions is a company which takes over any safety concerns and deal with the matter as quick as possible and efficient as possible.
Although we as consultants can do all the above for our client and also maintain the system, we always aim to convince and empower the client to take ownership and to be involved.

The SHE Management System is assessed against the requirements of the OHS Act and regulations as well as other applicable legislation, i.e. COID Act. Applicable Industries: manufacturing, engineering, office environment, retail, warehousing, agriculture etc.
Tertiary Institutions Audit:
Audits are conducted and reports are supplied to meet the requirements of the Gauteng Department of Higher Education and Training.
Construction System (Safety File) Site Audit:
Audits are conducted on behalf of any of the parties involved in a construction project, such as the Client, Principle Contractor and / or Sub-Contractors as required by the OHS Act and regulations (specifically the Construction Regulations) as well as client specifications.
GAP analysis Audit:
Involves the identification of short comings of the SHE Management System in preparation of certification audits.
Limited Scope Audit:
Specific aspects of the SHE Management System, such as the system standards, procedures, physical compliance or any part thereof is / are assessed against client specification.
