I would give more stars if I could. This incredible woman went out of her way to help my very ill child. I promise you, I have never met a doctor like this. Lerato is non judgemental and patient and kind. I will definitely be going back.
Dr Masemola a lovely doctor she makes you feel at ease her smile brighten up you day even if you are in pain and you leave her room feeling better than you came. She is always on time and if not her warm receptionist will let you know on time that Dr is running late.
We absolutely adore Dr. Lerato Masemola. She is absolutely thorough and takes the time to speak to her patients. Before she refers you to a hospital ER she will treat in her rooms where possible. She is understanding and patient and has a brilliant bed side manner. She is fabulous with children. She offers a wide range of services and health checks so no need to be referred to a specialist, especially women related health. I highly recommend this practice for all your family needs. We love her to bits.
I will never let anyone i know come to this doctor. I sent my nanny's daughter there. Beforehand i phoned and asked for the cost since i need to pay it for her. When she went there was additional costs not explained to her or me. The doctor sent some tests to the lab and got the results. And then the receptionist sends her a whatsapp: " The lab called and mentioned that you still have an outstanding amount plus your results are not okay. You need to make a follow up appointment and pay another R530 for the follow-up" How can she say 1 - your results are not okay - that is unprofessional since this must come from the doctor directly and 2 - you need to pay for another followup to give feedback on the blood results. The labs payment should also not have anything to do with the doctors room since you pay the lab separately. This girl is not even 20 yet and that is how they treat her. I'm disappointed.
One the best Doctors. She has a passion of her job.
A pleasant experience, the receptionist and the doctor are so respectful, kind and pleasant. The doctor makes a relatively bad day more bearable. Thank you for the great service.
Dr Lerato is so welcoming and she breaks down everything for you as if she's talking a kid. I would Def recommend her
Compassionate and caring, Dr Lerato always has a smile. Wonderful with teenagers too.
