Bromhof store - I asked Caroline if I could upgrade the one std burger to a king burger on a meal special. Her service and recommendation offered were excellent. She is friendly, polite, professional and it was a pleasure to have been served by her. I enjoyed her flexibility and her accommodating my request.Food: 4/5
Really bad meals. We ordered via the steers app. They dont follow the instructions. We requested to remove sauce and garnish from the kids burgers. They sent all burgers plain. The burger patties were not cooked through. Complained via the app. To date no response. Wont be ordering again from there.
So once again the Steers that pretends to respond to complaints strikes again. I ordered a rib burger WITHOUT GARNISH and a King Steer WITH GARNISH, but the people who work there should never be allowed to interact with customers because they just can't get anything right and don't deserve to be employed. So after arriving home and seeing they gave us a rib burger with garnish and a King Steer without garnish, I try and phone them, but as usual they NEVER answer their phone. Needless to say, someone will respond to this complaint and ask me to email them, JUST SO THEY CAN IGNORE MY COMPLAINT AGAIN. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY GRANDSON AND GONE TO BURGER KING.
Hi, sorry to say that this steers quality has dropped below lowest expectations. Will no longer buy from this location. No salt, No sauce, chips that is not steers chips and burger pathetic. Very bad experience.
Ordered a cheeseburger. The bun had black mold on it. My daughter ate a bit before realising and was very Ill!! Never again!Food: 1/5
Absolutely disgusting first of all they give me no sauce no servite no sauce in the burger absolutely disgusting that place is giving steers the best burger ever a really bad name they should be closed down in my opinion and there chips are not even original steers chips they gave me fish a ways chips I am absolutely disgusted by wat I just received And now they reply giving me a link for where to send my contacts details and it sends you to a page that says page cannot be found
Delivery was quick and food tasted great. They have upped their game.
On the 18th August 2001, I ordered Steers for lunch and the food took long to be delivered when it was eventually delivered, the food was cold and the chips did not look good and some of it was packaged in unbranded packaging and some in Fishaways packaging. Later in the day, I decided to order supper since it was son's birthday and he wanted Steers so I placed an order to collect hoping that it would be better this time. However, it was even worse. I ordered a Sharington Meal and one burger was supposed to have all garnish while the other one was supposed to have the garnish removed. Also, the one with garnish was supposed to be swopped from beef to chicken and both burgers were supposed to have a cheese slice added. What I got was both beef burgers with garnish removed from both burgers and no cheese slices. The burgers were tasteless and also cold. The milkshakes were put in small cups which is not the correct size cups and the lids could not close so they used stickers from Fishaways to try and seal the cups a bit. As soon as I got to my car, I had to prevent it from spilling by holding onto the lids while placing the cups on my rubber mat which meant that I had my hands on the cups while driving which is dangerous. I have attached pictures of the burgers and the milkshakes as well as my invoice showing what I ordered and what I had received. I have never experienced such bad service twice in one day from the same business.
I love this Steers, the service is fast, the good fresh and they are always very friendly.
Got best food ever, Friendly staff ....definitely will visit again
