I had a really nice experience in this SpaceSavers. I run out of my contact lenses during my trip holiday and they were incredibly helpful, they found the right one for me and I was able to get them the same day. I really appreciated the help!

Do not recommnend them at all! Had a eye test for new glasses and contact lenses, the trial contact lenses arrived incorrect, couldnt see anything with them. They ordered new contact lenses for me to test, over 3 weeks and still no contacts. I went elsewhere, 3 days later I have contacts lenses

Did an eye test and ordered spectacles, it has been a week later and still I have not been contacted with the price that I have to pay and quote. Horrible experience.

Received the best service. Special shout out to Sylvia from the Northgate team, she was so helpful from the day I did my eyetest until I got my spectacles today.

Went into store and patiently waited for about 5 minutes at front counters. Staff were serving. When the lady finished serving she went straight to another couple who just walked in and totally ignored me. I walked out to take my business elsewhere. Totally rude staff that did not even acknowledge my presence whilst waiting.

The most useless place to ever get glasses from l, hardly any frames in store my first pair they used the wrong prescription and now been waiting for over a month for my glasses to be redone

I have been a Spec Savers Northgate customer for 10 years. It is so sad to see how the branch has deteriorated. I returned my glasses almost a month ago as I could not see clearly . I have yet to receive them back. They do not reply to emails and they wont provide me with the owners details.

On Saturday 5 January 2018, I received the worst treatment ever, My appointment was cancelled because I was 5 minutes late. The lady who does the booking is very rude, she didn't even call me, she just missed call me once and she hanged up mind you I was already in the mall making my way to them. She claimed I didnt answer their call hence the cancellation. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, STAY WAY
