Sage Rock Grooming Parlour

Took my collie for a nail cut and hair trim. They barely cut his nails at all. I had to do it when I got home.Way overpriced for the service that you're getting. The attitude of the owner is appalling. Not to mention that she wasn't even there. She asked the staff to speak to me over the phone and told me that she has to come there to 'examine' my dog to determine if he first needs a wash before getting trimmed. The staff had already trimmed the dog before she even phoned! They don't have card facilities, which makes matters super inconvent. The only ATM around is for Nedbank customers. So not only is the parlour overpriced, but you have to get charged bank charges if you don't have cash, and don't bank with Nedbank. This place will never get business from me again.

The crew do such dedicted work. I was fortunate to be at the back watching the staff go about their duties. Definitely worth the visit.

Bad service, twice they didn't wash my yorkie, the last haircut was not up to standard. I will most definitely go shopping for another salon for my fur baby

Very good experience. Our 3 dogs, 2 Yorkies and a Pekingnese, were beautifully groomed. We were very satisfied with the quality and service provided. The only aspect that I didn't like was that you don't interact with the owner. She didn't come to the front to greet you/to ask what must be done with my furries. You have to deal with the ladies working there. I missed the personal interaction with the owner. As it was the first time I made use of their services, I think the least the owner could have done, was to come and meet me. Overall I am very satisfied . I will take my furries there again.

My cat got covered in motor oil. I tried washing her at home without much luck. I took my cat to Sagerock and the lady was eager to help. She helped my poor cat and got all the tough motor oil off. Got my cat feeling happy again. Thank you so much for brilliant service.

They do not know how to cut a Yorkie totally ruined the style's of both my yorkies, and charged full price for a peginuesse pup.... Not happy at all seriously over priced. and now who knows how long it will take for my yorkies to grow their back in to style. will not recommend them.
