Thank you to the friendly staff at Top dog, you did an excellent job, my Fur-Baby looks and feels good. And that put a smile on my face. You guys are the best.

Took my German shepherd in for a brush and a trim. Got back a shaved dog with red rashes all over her from being cut too close, when I said specifically dont cut short. They were unable to finish the job because she wouldn't let them take her out the cage very frightened to do touch-ups. Very unimpressed.

An absolutely wonderful parlour to take your furry friend for a quick pedicure. Wonderful caring staff are always ready to great you with a smile!!

Doggo likes going there, sometimes groomer will shave too close but either then that, I am satisfied. Dog still stinks so I think the shampoo they use, or dont use, is either dumpster dog or Trasheap Musk

We are new in Port Elizabeth we book Bones by a other place but it was not save.. Call Top Dog we did not make a booking the friendly lady tell us to bring him.. Omw what a delightful experience Bones was shave and a happy dog.. Thanks all the personal of Top Dog he will be back soon. Love this place

I have my little Yorkie trimmed here every 4-6 months. After his trim today he came back with these horrible markings see in photos, if they post But he was practically shaved down to the bone no we DID NOT ask for that He was shaved down to bare skin. He has practically open wounds from how deep they shaved. His skin is so irritated and hurt. I WILL BE taking this further. This is cruel and disgusting. My little baby left that place crying in agony and fear and clearly traumatised.
