Michal 1st groomer was good with my baby Leo scissor cut. After they left, I saw that Storm my other puppy had been shaved too close to his skin and was grazed in quite a few areas and was sliding on his bum. He was also cut on his just below his left eye and there was swelling. Catherine, the 2nd groomer was responsible for this shaver. The booking system was efficient and I got a date two days after contacting them. I am hesitant to use their services future given the negligence on Storm.
Purchased online. Communications skills seriously lacking. Did not respond to message or email. No notification of parcel sent.

The staff from Puppify are just the best. My ridgeback was so nervous the 1st time, and they took their time....made him frel comfortable and now he loves his monthly baths!! Best team and great service, highly recommend
These guys are very professional, got them to come clean my Vizla, now normally she's a bit nervous around strangers but they took extra care to ensure she was comfortable with them. Definitely using them again in future
