Well arranged website and good system for filtering down to what your requirements are. Great variety of beds on offer to meet what seems to be every budget but still good quality on offer as referenced by checking competitor websites. Prices are extremely competitive and lots of specials. Free delivery was offer for what seems to be almost all items on offer. I literally went onto the website today, decided what I wanted and paid by 10h00. Received an email shortly thereafter to confirm that payment was received and delivery can be expected by the end of the week. OK then very pleased. By 10h45 I received a call from the delivery team to say that they can slot me in from 15h00 to 17h00 today for delivery! They arrived and were gone by 16h00 and the bed was placed upstairs as requested. Very polite and courteous delivery team as well. What a professional experience from start to finish. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much Beds Direct - what awesome service and value! World class!
Ordered a mattress online on Wednesday and received delivery on Friday so I've been extremely impressed with the service. I was kept updated all the time in terms of when delivery will be made and it's little personal touches like this that sometimes give a better rounder customer experience because it is personalized and you're not getting updates via a bot on an app. Would gladly recommend Beds direct to anyone who's looking for a bed or mattress

Great service! The sales personnel are friendly and helpful. I got quick and helpful answers on the phone. The staff are well-informed of the products. We were in and out and had a new bed in our room 2 hours later. Will recommend them to anyone.
