It was my first time buying from them I must say your customer service is poor. I bought scones for a 20l I had bought my bucket already. I asked the owner to wipe the bucket for me it was not dirty I wanted to put the scones inside the bucket , the lady just said I cannot assist you I sell buckets you did not buy the bucket from my shop. Imagine losing a client that spent R560 over a bucket that cost maybe R40. She could have just said next time you come please know we sell buckets.

I am very very fussy with scones. It has to be the right texture, fresh and delicious. This is it! I don't reside in Midrand but this is always a must whenever I'm in the area. Always fresh and friendly service. There's also a variety to choose from usually wiped out by the time I get there.
