Would not recommend AFH for a wedding party. They almost ruined what was, thankfully a perfect wedding because we chose to take our 6 dresses to a different place to rectify their mess. Went in June for a wedding in September and till the last minute our dresses looked nothing like what we wanted and no one was keen on fixing them. They didn't know whose dress belonged to who. We were called for fittings every weekend from Augustsome of us driving from Parys to Midrand, only to find the same unfinished dress every time. It was terribly depressing for our bride and discouraging for us bridesmaids. Prices are expensive and very little effort made on the dresses, they couldn't even add stiffening to give dresses desired effect, dresses weren't even overlocked on the day of collection. A mess!

Ordered a kimono to be couriered that took over a month to arrive. When it did, it had a hole in it paper fitted into hole as seen in pic. Since I asked whether I could get a full refund and that the item be collected from me considering that the fault was theirs, I've had no response. Very unprofessional and low quality work. It's a shame that in trying to support SA fashion and businesses, that some businesses have no integrity. They need to learn the meaning of good customer service.

I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I paid for a couple's outfit in October 2021 for a wedding in December 2021 and still have not received my order August 2022. I had to look for an alternative outfit for the wedding. They cant even find my order now, they should just refund me. They don't deserve any stars at all in fact!!

I love the specials they offer. I received all my orders. I like that they called when one of my orders was delayed. They also handled my missing order well and I received it. They reply to every Facebook message and always willing to help. The orders tend to take a lot of time to arrive though.

Ordered Mid June. For a 5 day collection, paid for that expedited service too I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I am being given the run around with a "Lorraine" to call me back since July. Wedding has passed. No constructive response whatsapp or by calling and nothing at all via email.

Placed several orders with and months later, none of them were satisfied with ease. Their phones go unanswered and if by some miracle you reach their consultants they will take you from pillar to post. Although their items are affordable, I wouldn't recommend them.

It took 2 and half months to receive the order after trying to contact the business multiple times. Only got sorted after commenting on one of their IG photo's. Out of the 5 dresses only 1 was pre-washed the fabric has starch, it should be washed before being sewn and none of them fit rightbad dress patterns and inaccurate sizing. It's a shame because the fabrics are really pretty.

HORRIBLE service. Completely UNRELABLE. I am still waiting for orders from April. The last order I made come looking so untidy, and undone, with holes even. I doubt the person who made this can even sew. Some of the clothes do not even look like what they advertised. It is a no from me. Never again. I have been a loyal customer for years but I have now reached a point where I have to make peace with the fact that AFH is a letdown and will always be.

We ordered and paid for our dresses in full in May 2022. After 6 fittings we collected our dresses in September 1week from wedding still needs altering and needs to be washed. The beads not sewn on pur peplum belts. We were given an excuse that not being sewn on, allows for versatility. :- I would not recommended

In actual fact they don't deserve any star. If you want your event ruined,if you want to spend money on non delivery go there.your horror awaits you. The CEO and so is everyone don't even care about your reviews to them is business as usual. I have never experience anything like that. Poor material, half stitched clothes, over sized clothing, missed deadline for the event , no transparency - you show them a pic of the dress you want and they will boldly say they have the talent to produce a similar item...bang come the fitting day. I suggest you bring someone to support you because , I assure you, you will faint there. And the CEO has no regard whatsoever of your opinion, is business as usual
