Samsung

A nice Samsung store, but the problem is that they never have what I want. Quite a few of the salespeople I've spoken to are mostly clueless about the details of the products they are selling. The last rep that I interacted with was quite good, but all he could say was that the Samsung product that I wanted to buy is not available in the Samsung stores! When it came to buying what I wanted this store didn't have stock. I bought it somewhere else. So, lovely products... but the execution is not so great. Neither are their prices. On another occasion I went to this Samsung store to get X. Backed by my research, I was certain that X is what I needed. The store didn't have X so they tried to convince me that I needed Y. That was the equivalent of selling me a tow truck to push a bicycle - totally inappropriate and a much higher cost. I got exactly what I needed at another store a few meters away from this Samsung store.

Entering the store the staff was talking to each other and didn't really bother to assist me. When they eventually helped me I was told they didn't have the battery for my Samsung phone. I specifically phoned the day before if they had this battery. They told me then they had the battery. I told the staff member I would be there the next day. That was a long drive for nothing. Could not believe this service. I will not go back to Samsung Eastgate.

I had a very good,excellent service where I was too happy about the phone S22 ultrarecommended for me. He deserves more customers and I tell u will you won't regret the experience and his knowledge of product was explicable. I gained more knowledge from him.thank you Mr. Kojo #I love Samsung

I phoned ahead to confirm stock. They didn't have the stock when request. They then wanted to charge R2000 more than what they advertising the product for. The sales people are USELESS and couldn't care less. I hope management take a good hard look at their business model and makes some changes soon especially if you are trying to sell a tablet PC for R30 000.

I had the worst experience with the staff. They were rude, gave me the wrong wattage for the adaptor I needed and when i asked the price their answer was "cheaper than that one". I had to ask for help multiple times and even when paying, the guy was too busy talking to his friends to tell me the price or even tell me there was a delay with the reciept. He just handed me the card machine and told me to tap even though his hand was covering the tap spot?? I will never go there again I'm very upset

I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the people at this branch, I took my phone for repairs and they said I'd get it within seven days but 3 weeks went past without any communication. I went to check and they didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience but i was rather made to wait for about an hour just to get back my phone. Poor customer service

Great service but they forgot to pack an item of mine. I went back and luckily it was still there...... also the pricing was wrong on the product R699 and I paid R799 leaving an even more bitter taste in my mouth. Go elsewhere to the experience stores..... these people are quite but still cand get it right.

Good customer service got my new phone and fixed my other Samsung phone at at decent price and I like how they offer their services I recommend this store as your one stop to buying or fixing up your Samsung gadgets

Very interesting store showing most of samsungs products from cellphones, watches to tvs, microwaves, vacuum,cleaners,washing machines and fridges amazing how many different product one manufactor makes and I am sure that I probibly missed something as well.

Cost to repair a smart watch is more than the actual watch itself & to pay for a repair quote is absolutely ridiculous!!
