Terrible service. I visited the store to send my phone in for repares on comprehensive insurance. They were not able to assist. Only once I called head office and called them back did they finally have the initiative to help. Will never visit this store again and advise anyone else to avoid it to. Lazy!.
Best service, best customer's service, very helpful, they saved my phone from the scam change the sim card. Vodacom need to change their verification, please verify more not only just buy cell phone and name because at work all my colleagues are crying because this scammers phone vodacom to change their sim card and the next thing their money was gone in their banks. Please this is serious, some even move from vodacom. For me vodacom is home and will like to thank the lady who helped me and also flag my cell so no one can phone and change my sim card. Keep up the good work!!!
Very good service received from Dudu. I had to cancel an upgraded signed the day before. It was handled efficiently. I would have given 5 stars but I was advised yesterday that I would receive a call from the branch manager and i never did.
I have never experienced this level of pathetic service in all my years as a contract holder. Took my documents in to the Northgate branch at 9 am this morning and got told it'll be fine in an hour. Went back at 10h15 to be told it was still pending. When the salesman phoned through to head office, he got told it was in the queue. I returned at 12h15 to find out that it STILL hadnt been approved. When the salesman phoned through again, he got told to try phone back around 13h30. I explained that without a contract I can't return any calls to my clients. This, Vodacom clearly didn't care less about. It is now 14h16 and I've still heard nothing. Well done Vodacom for displaying how useless the service in this country has become! !!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service bought a brand new phone and realised that it would'nt pick up the wifi so took it back to the store and 3 different staff confirmed that it was'nt working. they said that they have to send it in to the repair store in sandton and that i will be without a phone for 7 days i mean i bought a brand new phone why now do i have to wait 7 days to get a repaired phone i took it back on the 7th day so why did'nt they just give me a brand new phone why should it now become my problem where i have to wait to get my brand new phone repaired.tomorrow its been 2 weeks and still no phone the worst service i have ever recieved anywhere.
We went into this unfriendly store yesterday . When the staff refuse to acknowledge us . N when one guy tried to attend to us . Had to get info from another tall bald guy he spoke afrikaans. This man refused to assist. Standing n fidling with a keyboard does not renew contracts . Now the inconvenience of going to another store is unacceptable. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately a poor serviced store . I won't recommend people visit this branch unless ur standards r low for service.! Not impressed.
This has to be one of the worst Vodacom store ever. The manager is hardly on the floor. When I phone and ask for him, he leaves me hanging. They sell stock that they don't even have in their shop. I have been waiting for over three weeks for the accessories that they have been promising me, and I still haven't received them. I get the feeling that Vodacom really doesn't care much about their customers.
Not really happy, I went in looking for a phone that has a gyroscope and accelerometer sensor as I have apps that depend on those sensors... The sales person went online looking for a phone that has those sensors.... He said the phone I would be buying has those sensors..... I bought the phone.... Went home.... Spent the whole afternoon transferring files from one phone to another..... Then when I got to test a few apps that use those sensors, the app did not work! Later done my own research and find my p20 lite has more sensors then the new phone!!! I am not happy I feel like I have been robbed and lied to..... Not to mention the compass twitches and does not give a constant reading like the p20 lite... By far the worst huawei phone ever purchased by me, I then returned it the phone the very next day less than 24 hours later, they said they had to send it to get checked, they said I should have my new phone replacment on Tuesday..... Tuesday came but got no response or update from them... I waited a week for an with no answer..... Finally got the approval when I walked in and informed them about the consumers rights act and the meaning of unfair sales and what it means to lie to mislead a customer to make a sale..... I got the approval...... To get a new phone.... I was willing to pay a little extra to get a the phone that has the sensors..... But they kept on leaning to try sell me a phone that was R11000 more than the initial phone......i refuse to pay an extra R11000 because your sales team lies to their customers, I am appauled and disgusted by vodacom and their sales methods! Avoid this store.... They will lie to you and you will not get what you ask for..... There's a name for this sale method.... DRY LAND SHARKS
Your service and competence is shocking guys. I had the wrong package loaded on my SIM card. I didn't even know that was possible. Was surprised when I checked the amount due and it's more than double what I asked for
